TK System: Thermal conductivity of solids and semi-solids.

TK 열전도도측정기는 고상 샘플의 열전도도를 빠르고 매우 정밀하게 측정하는 시스템으로, 정상법(steady state method)은 너무 많은 시간을 필요로 하고 종래의 과도법(transient method)은 정확성이 결여되는 단점을 해소한 기기이다.

본 시스템은광범위하게 사용되는 ASTM D 5930 및 ASTM D 5334 에 부합하는 과도 라인소스법 열전도도측정기이다.

The TK thermal conductivity measuring system is designed for fast and high precision thermal conductivity testing where steady state methods are too time-consuming and conventional transient methods do not meet the accuracy requirements. The system is based on the widely-used transient

line-source method (ASTM D 5930 and ASTM D 5334).

A new analytical data evaluation method has been developed which achieves an excellent accuracy of ± 2% and does not require any reference or calibration tests. This makes your tests not just more accurate but also faster.

The application range covers solids and semi-solids, fragments, powder and even high viscous liquids. Two-phase measurements with powders and fragments are possible.

Interchangeable needle (full-space) and half-space probes make this instrument flexible for solid, semisolid, two-phase or porous samples.

The instrument is used in many areas, e.g. civil engineering, geophysics, chemical industry and food industry.

  • Sample size: arbitrary shape, no upper limit, minimum size probe dependent
  • Operating temperature: 0°C to 45°C
  • Power supply: 240/120V at 50/60Hz
  • Data transfer: RS 232, analisys program requires Win95/98/NT/XP/2000
