Introduction
Battery Thermal Runaway Pressure Vessel meets the requirements for the thermal runaway test of battery cells in UL9540A standard, can simulate the gas production during the thermal runaway of battery cells, and is used to evaluate the gas production, gas production rate and composition during the thermal runaway of battery cells.
Temperature, pressure and voltage data can be collected during the test process. It also has functions such as video monitoring, vacuum simulation, and inert gas atmosphere simulation.

Equipment composition
Battery Thermal Runaway Pressure Vessel mainly consist of an explosion chamber, a heating system, a pressure detection system, a temperature control system, an air purging system, a nitrogen filling system, a vacuum pumping system and a gas sampling system.

Main Feature :
- The sealed pressure vessel is made of stainless steel and has a volume of 82L (volume customizable).
- The overall pressure resistance is 3Mpa, and the maximum pressure resistance is 5Mpa.
- The heating rate is automatically controlled by the computer, ranging from 4 to 7℃.
- The pressure vessel reserves multiple flange connection plates. Special ferrule joints are used on the connection plates for temperature, voltage, heating, overcharge and other line connections. And reserve a nitrogen filling interface for connecting external nitrogen to ensure that the oxygen concentration inside the container is less than 1%
