미국 LAS사 온라인분석기는 연속적인 무인 작동을 위한 샘플링, 분석, 보고 / 알람, 정리 및 자동 교정 기능을 갖춘 “상자 안의 실험실”이라고 생각할 수 있습니다. LAS 디자인은 최소한의 유지 보수만으로 목표가 달성되는 것을 목표로 합니다. 예를 들어, peristaltic pump를 사용하지 않고 펌프 튜브 교체를 필요하지 않습니다! 대부분의 경우, 분기 별 PM 만 있으면 됩니다.

REPLENISHMENT & DOSING SYSTEMS

LAS liquid replenishment 시스템은 화학 공정의 closed-loop 제어를 제공합니다. 펌프와 공급 지점, 유량, 재료 선택, 컨트롤을 필요 요구 사항에 만족하도록 한 시스템으로 설계되었습니다. 분석 결과, 프로세스 처리량 또는 운영자 요청에 따라 공급됩니다. 본 시스템은 화학 공정 및 폐수 처리 주입; 그리고 일반적인 액체 화학 물질 유지보수 시 세척, etching, 도금, anodizing 및 전처리 라인 구성, delivery에 사용됩니다.

PC INTERFACE & SUPERVISORY SOFTWARE

LAS PC Supervisory software provides a suite of features for chemical process management, analyzer configuration, and replenishment & dosing control. The software utilizes the SQL database server for factory integration and data access. Sample displays include:

The Process Supervisor display gives an overview of the process line. Tank, stream, and parameter status are color-coded and visible at a glance. Alarms are displayed here too with a flashing orange status. These await operator acknowledgment and provide a complete alarm history and explanation when clicked on.

Parameter history, control ranges, analysis schedules, and replenishment settings are provided in drill-down displays –

Replenishment controls allow auto, semi-auto, and manual operation and setting of volume, target, min/max limits. Other tabs select and display replenishment history.

Menu-driven analysis configuration displays present all analysis steps and settings.
