L450CN Total Cyanide Analyzer 온라인 시안화물 측정기

온라인 L450CN 분석기는 질산은을 사용한 민감하고 정확한 적정(titration)을 통해 물에서 free cyanide 또는 옵션의 total cyanide를 측정합니다. Differential endpoint detection method를 사용하면, 내부 Pt/Ag 전극의  교정이나 교체가 필요하지 않으며, 다른 method에서 흔히 볼 수있는 전극 고갈 (electrode depletion) 현상과 drift가 거의 없습니다. 

본 분석기에는 colorimetric dye나 indicator를 필요로 하지 않습니다. 신뢰할 수있는 프로세스 컨트롤을 위해 각각 분석은 posting, alarm 또는 replenishing 직전에 자동으로 반복되고 (replicated) 경향성(trend)이 확인됩니다.샘플링은 가압된 샘플 스트림에서 추출되거나 오버플로우 샘플러로 부터 펌핑될 수 있습니다. 입자가 있는 샘플의 경우, automatic backflush 기능이 있는 sample strainer가 제공됩니다.

L450CN 온라인 시안 분석기는  standard precision (10 µl) titrant dose pumps와 하나의 sample/waste pump, single stream inlet, 4-20 mA output을 가진 기본 모델로 구성되며, 요구 사항에 따라 다양한 옵션을 사용할 수 있습니다.

The online L450CN analyzer measures free or (optionally) total cyanide in water by means of a sensitive and accurate titration with silver nitrate. With the differential endpoint detection method, the internal Pt/Ag electrode does not require calibration or replacement, and electrode depletion and drift common with other methods is eliminated. No colorimetric dyes or indicators are required. For dependable process control, each analysis is automatically replicated and/or trend checked prior to posting, alarming, or replenishing. Sampling can be drawn from pressurized sample stream or pumped from overflow sampler. For sample with particulate, a sample strainer with automatic backflush is offered.

Specifications

Method

Differential titration with silver nitrate and Pt/Ag electrode. For total cyanide ammonium hydroxide is also added to release and detect cyanide bound to metals such as cadmium, zinc, and copper.
