ASTM E190 is a standard test method for guided bend test for the ductility and the quality of a weld of inferrous and nonferrous products. A bend test jig is then used to hold the test material in the testing machine.
The bend test involves bending the test material 180 degrees, and observing the cracks that develop on the tension side. TestResources fixture GE190-260 is designed to meet the fixture requirements of ASTM E190.
GE190-260 is adjustable to accommodate different sample thicknesses.
