GD6641-705 fixture meets the requirements of ASTM D6641 for combined loading compression testing of fiber-reinforced polymer-matrix composite laminates. The fixture is used to mount the test specimen and give control over the end-loading to shear-loading ratio. The GD6641 is mounted between compression platens for applying test loads to the fixture and specimen.
