Being able to look through the blinding shine of solder and see the heart of your soldering process. VisiWeld systems allow video capture through flames, arcs and explosions. When an arc or laser weld is filmed by a standard camera, the high brightness of the plasma saturates the camera image and the details of the shot cannot be observed. VisiWeld systems eliminate this glare to provide a clear image of the weld.

 

High speed weld imaging system

VisiWeld systems allow you to take slow motion videos of your welding process, allowing you to really understand what's going on, or diagnose problems with your system. Manufacturers of welding systems can therefore develop new techniques, and operators can optimize the welding process on new materials and geometries. It is possible to see the transfer of metal between the filler wire and the workpiece.

 

Welding monitoring system

The VisiWeld mobile system allows the welder or robotic operator to see exactly what is happening inside the arc weld with unparalleled clarity. Unlike stationary cameras, the welding torch is completely visible, with no reflections, and the area around the fusion can be clearly observed.
