Description

Instec의 HCS621GXY gas-tight stage는 넓은 온도 범위와 분위기 제어가 중요한 애플리케이션을 위해 설계되었습니다. 이 스테이지에는 silver heating 및 cooling block이 있어 온도 균일성(temperature uniformity)이 뛰어납니다. 응축 (condensation) 또는 산화(oxidation)를 방지하도록 가스 퍼지를 위한 씰드 챔버를 제공합니다. 

HCS621GXY 스테이지에는 샘플 체결 및 프로빙이 가능하도록 최대 8 개의 elecric feedthrough 옵션을 추가할 수 있습니다.

This stage features a silver heating and cooling block, providing the user with exceptional temperature uniformity. The gas-tight configuration provides a sealed chamber for gas purge to avoid condensation or oxidation.
