본 장비는 열가소성 수지의 melt mass-flow rate "MFR" (ɡ/10min)과 melt volume-flow rate "MFV" (cm3/10min), melt density를 결정하도록 하는 기기로써, 

  • 용융 온도가 높은 폴리카보네이트, 나일론, 불소 수지 등의 엔지니어링 플라스틱 시험과,
  • 용융 온도가 낮은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌, ABS 수지, 폴리포름알데히드 수지 등의 플라스틱 시험에 사용됩니다.

플라스틱 소재, 제품, 석유화학 분야에 널리 적용됩니다.

Feature

 

  1. The main machine is assembled by separate sheet metal parts, the control system and the heating furnace are separated, which better protects the control system from being affected by high temperature and affects the life of the components. It is convenient to disassemble and assemble, spray-painted, and is neat and beautiful.
  2. The barrel and piston rod are made of alloy materials with high temperature resistance and low expansion coefficient. The surface heat treatment is used to make it non-deformable and high in hardness at high temperatures, and it is not easy to wear under long-term use to ensure data accuracy.
  3. The rotary encoder is used as the displacement measuring device, and the lever principle is used to ensure the front and rear balance without additional devices such as springs, thus effectively preventing measurement errors when measuring displacement.
  4. Micro-motor controlled cutting device, which can set the cutting time or cut manually. The operation is simple. The cutting knife is made of high-strength spring steel to ensure that the equipment is not deformed or damaged when the equipment is cut for a long time.
  5. The display is a 7-inch touch screen. The interface is rich in information, simple and convenient, and can quickly and accurately grasp the current test status.
  6. The CPU adopts STM32 chip, 32-bit operation, and the operation speed is greatly improved (the chip is designed by the British arm company). Users can choose whether to save or print the current test data according to their own needs.
  7. This equipment can save 5 sets of test data, without limiting the test type, it can be stored permanently, and it will not be lost after power failure.
  8. The control board reserves a variety of signal interfaces, which is convenient for users to upgrade.
  9. The touch screen displays the current state of the device, and there will be different prompts to remind the user of the current state of the device during the test.
  10. Humanized design: The backlight adjustment and touch sound in the system settings can satisfy the user's operating habits.
  11. User help: List common failure phenomena and solutions for users.
  12. Each test can be printed in both Chinese and English reports.
  13. When the user closes the temperature control system, the system will prompt the user whether to confirm the completion of the cleaning, which greatly reduces the damage to the equipment due to the user forgetting to clean the material.
