LT-451 Dielectric Cure Monitor는 경화성 재료의 열경화 또는 UV 광경화 과정 중에 변화되는 전기적 특성(resistivity)를 측정하여 경화성 수지의 경화과정에 대한 초기흐름성, 최대 흐름성, 겔타임과 같은 gelation, 경화 완료시간(cure time), 경화 후 절연성을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 새로운 분석 기술입니다. 즉, 경화 메카니즘에 대한 케미컬의 영향, 반응속도, formulation, process parameter를 구하는 데 효율적인 기기입니다. 본 제품은 연구개발, 품질보증/품질관리, 제조공정상에서 사용 될 수 있는 유일한 기법이며, 고분자 가공공정에 바로 적용가능한 정량적 정보를 제공해줍니다.

본 제품을 이용한 경화거동분석에는 Varicon Disposable Variable Conductivity Sensor와 CERAMICOMB-1”  Reusable Dielectric Sensor가 사용됩니다. 

ASTM D150-98과 KS C2135에 따른 고분자 필름, 시트, 전연지에 대한 유전율(permittivity), loss factor, dissipation 등의 전기적 물성은 LT-4203 Parrlelel Plate Testing Fixture를 함께 사용하여 측정할 수 있습니다.

The LT-451 Precision Dielectric Cure Monitor is a compact, versatile instrument designed for R&D, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and Production applications involving thermoset materials--resins, composites, paints and coatings.

 

The LT-451 Dielectric Cure Monitor is a compact, versatile instrument designed for Research & Development, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and Production applications involving thermoset materials--resins, composites, paints and coatings.

The wide 0.001 Hz - 100 KHz frequency range of the LT-451 allows frequency sweeping for studies of dielectric properties, and sensitivity to very high resistivity and ion viscosity (very low conductivity and loss factor). The associated thermocouple input allows correlation of temperature with cure rate and material properties.

The LT451 is available with one, two or four channels. Each channel consists of one dielectric sensor input and one thermocouple input. Instruments may be upgraded at any time with additional channels, and an external four-channel multiplexer is available. Dielectric inputs may be ordered for either mid-conductivity or high-conductivity ranges.

The CureView Data Acquisition Software has functions for defining cure monitoring parameters; data acquisition, analysis and recall; plotting and printing.

When used with either disposable or reuseable dielectric sensors, also available from Lambient Technologies, or the users own sensors, the LT-451 Dielectric Cure Monitor and CureView data acquisition software form a complete measurement system for studying dielectric material properties in all processing environments.
